Deena is known for being both a brooding songwriter and a passionate performer, possessing smoky vocals that shift between fragile and forceful.

She has toured across Australia, USA, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Japan and was named 'Most Promising Female Songwriter' at the Queensland Music Awards in 2016 & Billy Thorpe Scholarship Finalist 2019.

Deena is Artist Manager Coordinator at Amplifire, a management and label services company based in Brisbane. Deena works with bands including Confidence Man and The Jungle Giants and Orphans Orphans. She previously has also taken care of the careers of Last Dinosaurs and Mid Ayr.

As an independent artist and taking care of bands who are either indie or behind labels, she is dedicated to supporting the industry and has spoken at panels and has run workshops across Queensland.

She also lectures at JMC Academy in Creative Business subjects.
